### **Introduction to Smart Contract Integration in Openflow**

In Openflow smart contracts are treated as first class citizens. The aim is to provide both smart contracts and end-users alike with tooling to unlock highly flexible trading strategies with ease.

Openflow offers a highly interoperable pipeline for protocols to integrate into, allowing smart contracts to unlock the power of off-chain and multi-chain liquidity with unrestrained trading strategies through trustless multisig authenticated swap auctions where the contract is in full control over both the order and quote selection mechanisms.
